Clients can utilise our services using NDIS funding if they are plan-managed or self-managed. Our services are also available to private health or Medicare rebates which can be claimed as part of the session cost.

Session durations are tailored to clients and families needs. Overall, we typically provide 1 hour Occupational Therapy sessions (consisting of 45 minutes face to face with 15 minutes documentation) at the NDIS rate of $193.99 and Allied Health Assistant sessions at the NDIS rate of $86.79. Travel costs are dependent on duration traveled to the client.

If a cancellation of a therapy session occurs less than 1 business day (24 hours) of the scheduled session, there is a short notice cancellation fee which is the cost of the therapy session excluding travel. This is because it is not possible to book in another client for that time slot.
