DIRECTOR & SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Natalia is the founder and Senior Occupational Therapist of Grow OT Therapy. She graduated with a Masters of Occupational Therapy from Flinders University in 2016 and has been working as an Occupational Therapist for over 8 years across a broad range of disciplines and settings including paediatrics, acute hospital and sub-acute rehabilitation. She created this business in September 2020 from her passion to help children, adults and families learn and develop strategies to be the best they can. When she is not working, her favourite things to do are spending time with my family, playing tennis and being in the garden.

ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT

Renai has been working as an Allied Health Assistant for over three years with experience working in acute and sub-acute hospital settings in dementia, brain injury, stroke, burns, amputees, general rehabilitation and community paediatrics. Renai enjoys meeting lots of new people everyday, building connections, making a difference and being able to help people achieve their goals. Renai also works as a flight attendant whilst she takes a break from her studies and enjoys travelling around Australia. She also likes running and spending time at the beach.
